We aim to have your order on its way to you within 1 to 2 working days (excluding Bank Holidays). UK orders should arrive within 2 to 3 working days of being despatched (excluding Bank Holidays). You may need to sign for your order when it’s delivered.
Orders sent to destinations in Europe should arrive within 5-7 days of despatch. USA orders should arrive within 5-9 days (excluding Bank Holidays). Please note that we sell our products on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis, therefore customers outside the EU may have to pay import duty or other taxes.
When we have sales or promotions we receive more orders than usual, therefore your delivery may take a bit longer. Do send us an email if you need your order for a specific date and we’ll do our best to help.

We include the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland in UK delivery rates. And we include shipments to the Channel Islands in delivery rates for Europe & non-mainland UK.
Any promotions we run, such as a percentage discount off our products, do not apply to delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
We deliver to the UK, Europe and the USA at the moment and hope to offer worldwide shipping in the future. We’ll keep you posted!

Walter & Florence hope you think your order’s the ‘dog’s whiskers’. But, if you do want to return something, let us know straight away.
We’ll exchange or refund any products you’re not happy with as long as they’re returned in their original condition and packaging within 21 days of receipt.
Please request proof of postage from the post office or courier for the products you’re returning. Walter & Florence can’t accept responsibility for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.
We’ll automatically refund the charge for shipping your order based on the standard shipping rate quoted for your country/region. Please note that we’ll only refund the cost of returning goods to us, if they’re faulty.
If you receive a damaged product, please let us know as soon as possible and we’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent.
